Anvil

Anvil is a Flash action game set in a world of likable nonsense... and gobs and gobs of it. The player takes on the role of a small flying chap who is bossed around by his two rather thick older brothers who are not, sadly, inclined to wear their shirts. And then player hurls tea kettles and lamps at stray passerbys to gain the older brothers' approval. What's not to like?

Anvil still has some gameplay to be sorted out, so it'll be a bit yet before it is completed.

Vellum

Vellum is an action Flash game set in a rich and mysterious realm many centuries ago. The player takes on the role of a young illustrator to an aging, brilliant, irritable sage, and must help the sage record his life's works. There are people who can't abide this.

Vellum is, by far, my most writing heavy game, and inarguably my most pretentious game as well. I'm trying some experiments with the intersection of narrative and casual gaming here - I'm pretty excited to see if they work out. Vellum is still a work in progress, and, despite having the music, most of the art, and the core gameplay concepts completed, has no firm release date.
